3. How does the Free Shipping offer work?
We offer FREE expedited shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $100 (before taxes). If your order is under $100, standard carrier rates will apply at checkout.
4. How do I claim my Free Starter Kit?
It’s simple! Once your cart total reaches $150 or more, a free starter kit will automatically be added to your order as our gift to you. Note: Starter kit models/colors are subject to availability.
5. Can I mix and match for the Bundle Discounts?

- Add any 3 items to your cart, and a 5% discount will be automatically applied to those items.
- Add any 5 items, and the discount bumps up to 10%.

7. Do you require Age Verification?
Yes. By law, you must be the legal smoking age in your province or territory to purchase from Urban Mist Vapes. We use an industry-standard age verification process at checkout and upon delivery. Packages will require a signature and ID check by the carrier.
8. Can I return e-liquids if I don't like the flavor?
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all e-liquid purchases are final sale. However, if you experience a hardware defect with a device, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will help make it right.
